Hi, I'm Kimberly Cassaro and my beautiful younger sister Christine Cassaro Wright and I have always had an interest in great food, cooking, entertaining and serving people. You could say it's in our blood - we grew up that way!  A nice, large, Italian family that loves food, eating and family, just like we do!  It was ALL we knew for a very long time!  Starting with my Great Gramma, that would stand on her tippie toes, making the gravy and pasta, stretching just to be able to reach the top of this HUGE pot to serve the ENTIRE family (and neighborhood, it seemed.)  Gram passed down this tradition and legacy, sending all this LOVE to and through our children, family and friends!  Grateful!

For generations, our recipes have been passed down and modified just a tad, to our own liking (and yours).  Our signature Italian fare is by far some of the best I've ever had and is confirmed by many of our guests we've had a long the way!  The best part is that we custom tailor our selections, menu, and events to your liking in order to create a very beautiful and memorable occasion!!

This has definately been a family affair that started between Christine and myself, our younger sister Trisha, Mom, Dad and all of our children.  My son, Nick Cassaro created and runs Humboldt Foodies, is in the midst of building his "DREAM" Foodie Truck and my beautiful and talented daughter, Izabella is also part of my creative team!!
